這個字是nepotism

學到這個字是在讀一篇關於慈善機構的醜聞. 這篇文章講到有些機構的CEO顧用自己的親人, 即使他們資格不符. 他們把錢花在慈善工作沒直接相關的費用. 這種把工作和好處給親人的行為就是nepotism.

這裹的親人很重要，因為把好處給朋友是另外一個字： cronyism.

原文如下:

這兩個字，在現在的政治圈中常發生，應該不難理解。
